and legitimate story. A Constitutional Requirement to be President of the
USA is that you are a natural born (born in the USA) citizen. It appears
that Barack Obama is not. He not only refuses to present proof of his birth
but is spending thousands in legal fees to "block" access to it in the
courts !

Ron Paul needs help getting more allies into congressional and senate seats
in 2010 - and Jesse Benton is now saying Ron Paul may run again in 2012. If
you are serious about helping Ron Paul and the Liberty Movement - Then you
have to do the dirty work NOW.

This means getting involved with your local County GOP Executive Committee
now - become a precinct committeeman/committeewoman - drag your friends from
your local meetup group along to do the same (our meetup has meetings the
night before the county GOP meeting, to go over strategy and educate each
other) - and next time county elections come up - run one of your own for
chairman - There are other positions available also - and build from there -
if we all do this - we wont have a repeat of what happened this last time
around with the Delegate situation - we will already be in place. Are you
serious about who you want the nominee to be - or just wishing? - get
involved in the party if your serious - from the sidelines your just a
spectator.

At our last county executive GOP meeting - myself and a few others had
prepared a speech, and didn?t need to give all of it - because the chairman
said most of it for us - him and the rest of the party regulars knew the
party had gone down the wrong path and needed to re-find its way to its
conservative roots - and we are there to help them find it -The Time
Couldn?t Be Better For Everyone To Get Involved In Your Local GOP County
Executive Committee - and Ron Paul?s Republican Liberty Caucus - McCain?s
Loss Is The Best Thing That Could Have Happened For Us!

Pictures of the new currency that will supposedly replace the US dollar have appeared on the Russian Internet. The United States is reportedly working on the new currency, the amero, which will be common for the USA, Mexico and Canada. The unstable financial situation in the world, the collapsing oil prices and the growing foreign debt of the United States may eventually crush the US dollar as the worlds major currency. Needless to say that the US authorities reject the rumors and promise to keep the dollar afloat.

Amero to become USAs new currency when dollar collapses

Amero notes have no portraits of US presidents on them and resemble the Belarussian rubles. For example, there is an image of a deer depicted on a 50-amero note, whereas a picture of a pyramid of Mexican Indians can be seen on a 100-amero note.
The amero follows the model of the European Union and its euro. It brings up the idea that the new currency can be adopted by the USA, Canada and Mexico within the scope of the North American Union, which the Bush administration established in 2005 under the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP).
On April 6, 2005, the US Treasury announced the formation of the Financial Services Working Group to assist in the SPPs prosperity plans. According to its own press release, the US Treasurys Financial Services Working Group said it will play a critical role in the SPP.
Conspiracy theorists contend that the governments of the United States, Canada, and Mexico are already taking steps to implement such a currency, as part of a "North American Union (NAU)" No current members of any country's government have officially stated a desire to create such a body, nor introduce a common currency.
The idea for a North American currency union was first proposed in 1999 by Canadian economist Herbert G. Grubel. A senior fellow of the conservative Fraser Institute think-tank, he published a book titled The Case for the Amero in September 1999, the year that the euro became a virtual currency. Another Canadian think-tank, the C.D. Howe Institute, advocates the creation of a shared currency between Canada and the United States .
After the report came out, center-left nationalist groups in Canada expressed their opposition to any currency union because they view it as an attempt by American businesses to gain access to Canada 's extensive natural resources while dismantling the nation's social services. The 100,000 member strong Council of Canadians, a progressive advocacy group, has declared one of its central issues to be the threat of "deep integration" .
Dr. Robert Pastor, in a 2001 book, suggested a common currency should be a foundation of "macro economic cooperation" among the three NAFTA countries. However, the 2005 Independent Task Force on North America, which he chaired, did not recommend a common currency, nor does Pastor in the section for additional and dissenting views suggest a common currency should be a goal.

Leo Donofrio, Plaintiff inDonofrio v. Wells, has been able to confirm that his case was referred to the full Court by Associate Justice Clarence Thomas. This means that, per the docket, all 9 Justices have agreed to hold a Conference this Friday, December 5 to consider granting Certiorari. If this is granted, then the Rule of Four concept will then be in play.

state or of a governmental subdivision thereof. Rather, as held in
many decisions, he is an officer of the court, before which he has

ministerial officers, or a law enforcement officer. He is, however,
in a sense an officer of the state, with an obligation to the courts
and to the public no less significant than his obligation to his
clients. Thus, an attorney occupies a "dual position" which imposes

decided on their merits only, to aid the court in seeing that justice
is done, and to aid any effort under the court's direction to root out
corruption and fraud. An attorney has also the duty to devote his
ability, skill, and diligence along ethical and professional lines
to the interests of his client, and to refrain from entering into any
alliance or incurring any obligation connected with the litigation in
which he is engaged as counsel that would place him in a position
where his personal interests would be adverse to those of his client."
And;

Now all of you can see the truth that this . . . "dual position and
obligation," further deprives all American Citizen's of their
substantive rights to the due process of law. When before their
"tribunals" – the attorney's . . . "first duty is to the courts and
the public, not to the client."

Did that ATTORNEY tell you that a RETAINER was and is only a GIFT and
a DONATION????

Did that ATTORNEY tell you that he or she is NOT obligated to do any
work for you on your case for the $5,000.00 to $10,000.00 RETAINER
that you just gave them thinking that you just gave them a DOWN
PAYMENT to WORK ON YOUR CASE????

A "retainer" is a sum of money paid by a client to secure an
attorney's availability to work for a client. The fee paid is
considered earned at the time of payment because the attorney is
entitled to the money regardless of whether he actually performs any
services for the client, and the funds shall not be placed into the
attorneys trust account. Baranowski v. State Bar, 154 Cal.Rptr. 752,
593 P.2d 613 (1979); and the Washington State Bar News, Committee
Reports, Formal Opinion No. 173.

The California Court in Baranowski v. State Bar, supra,
clearly stated that: A "RETAINER IS A SUM OF MONEY PAID BY A CLIENT TO
SECURE AN ATTORNEYS AVAILABILITY TO WORK FOR A CLIENT."
A RETAINER only pays for the AVAILABILITY of the attorney.
The FACT is that when you make an appointment to talk to an
attorney for a DUI, traffic ticket, domestic violence, driving without
a license, driving while intoxicated, negligent driving or any other
kind of case, they meet with you, they let you TALK for about 5 to 10
to 15 minutes and then they ask you for a $3,000.00 to $5,000.00 to a
$10,000.00 or more as a RETAINER so that you can secure their
availability only! The California Court in Baranowski v. State Bar,
supra, clearly stated that . . . THE FEE PAID IS CONSIDERED EARNED AT
THE TIME OF PAYMENT BECAUSE THE ATTORNEY IS ENTITLED TO THE MONEY
REGARDLESS OF WHETHER HE ACTUALLY PERFORMS ANY SERVICES FOR THE
CLIENT, . . . and the funds shall NOT be placed into the attorneys
trust account."
Wow, the attorneys are so stuck up and think that they are so
above us "peons" or "goy dogs"that you have to pay them for merely
"gracing you with their presence" and that they consider the RETAINER
earned at the time you are dumb enough to give it to them REGARDLESS
OF WHETHER HE OR SHE ACTUALLY PERFORMS ANY SERVICES FOR THE
CLIENT!!!!

We already know that Obamas family and the entire nation of Kenya (which is about to have a national holiday for Obama) know that Barack Obama was born in Mombasa Coastal Hospital in Kenya. B. A parent may register an in-state birth in lieu of certification by a hospital of birth under HRS 338-5.
C. Hawaiian law expressly provides for registration of out-of-state births under HRS 338-17.8. A foreign birth presumably would have been recorded by the American consular of the country of birth, and presumably that would be reflected on the Hawaiian birth certificate.
D. Hawaiian law, however, expressly acknowledges that its system is subject to error. See, for example, HRS 338-17.
E. Hawaiian law expressly provides for verification in lieu of certified copy of a birth certificate under HRS 338-14.3.
F. Even the Hawaii Department of Home Lands does not accept a certified copy of a birth certificate as conclusive evidence for its homestead program. From its web site: In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.

Now that we all understand that you can be born in Madagascar, Russia, Norway, Brazil or even Kenya like Obama and still have a REAL birth certificate that both Snopes and Factcheck would say was real since they are real. That doesnt mean you were born in Hawaii. Does this matter to America?

Barack Obama has as of November 27th 2008 spent over$500,000 U.S. to prevent others from seeing it. Why? Didnt he already win the vote?
Please dont bring up Snopes (link) that says THEYVE SEEN Obamas birth certificate and it is the one on his site called Fight the Smears. That is just plain garbage as it has a 2007 border and doesnt list the hospital, Dr. or place of birth! Plus they say theyve seen his real birth certificate (you know the one that we the people arent allowed to see) .

All of the people born in Korea, Kenya, Mongolia, Australia and who also have Hawaiian birth certificates also have REAL birth certificates.
This does not mean they were born in Hawaii. Get it?

standard.

You have the opportunity to consent to the exercise of civil jurisdiction over your case by a magistrate judge. If all parties involved in your case consent, the presiding district judge may enter an order of transfer, and reassign your case to a magistrate judge.

On November 19, 2008, the official United States Supreme Court Docket for case number 08A407 - Leo C. Donofrio v. Nina Mitchell Wells, Secretary of State of the State of New Jersey - was updated to show that the emergency stay application to halt the national election and Electoral College meeting of 2008 was DISTRIBUTED for Conference of December 5, 2008. At that time, it was not clear whether this was scheduled for conference by Justice Thomas alone or by the full Court.

In multiple interviews with Leo C. Donofrio, this reporter and other members of the Plains Radio Network, were informed by Mr. Donofrio that he suspected the distribution for conference was an action taken by more than Justice Thomas alone. Mr. Donofrio suggested that another docket update stating the emergency application was referred to the full court by Justice Thomas should have appeared on the docket prior to the distribution for conference.

Since the docket did not reflect a prior referral it was widely accepted that the distribution for conference was an act of Justice Thomas alone. Honest American News can now confirm - by direct contact with the Supreme Courts Public Information Office - that the distribution for conference of DONOFRIO V. WELLS was an action taken by the full court.

On November 28, 2008, the docket for case number 08A407 was updated to show, retroactively, that Justice Clarence Thomas did in fact refer Donofrios emergency stay application to the full court on November
19, 2008. Last night in an interview withPlains Radio Network, Mr. Donofrio suggested that this new update, nine days later, indicated that the full Court had taken action to distribute the case for conference. Mr. Donofrio cited a SCOTUS public information document issued to reporters entitled:

A REPORTERS GUIDE TO APPLICATIONS Pending Before The Supreme Court of the United States

In that document, on page 3, it advises:

The Circuit Justice may act on an application alone or refer it to the full Court for consideration. The fact that an application has been referred to the full Court may not be known publicly until the Court acts on the application and the referral is noted in the Courts order.

Mr. Donofrio pointed out in various interviews that since his case had been made public by the SCOTUS, there was probably a referral by Justice Thomas prior to the actual distribution for conference. Mr. Donofrio was correct.

Today I spoke with Patricia McCabe Estrada, Deputy Director of Public Information at the United States Supreme Court. She informed me that Mr. Donofrios application was first referred to the full Court by Justice Clarence Thomas on November 19, 2008. After that referral took place the full Court, and not Justice Thomas alone, distributed the application for an emergency stay for Conference of December 5,
2008.

Let me reiterate the main point: DONOFRIO V. WELLS was distributed for conference of December 5, 2008 by the full Court after a prior referral of the application by Justice Thomas.
